2nd International Seminar on Paste Backfill in China

On 6-9 November, 2015, the second Seminar (ISPBC 2015) was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. More than 400 representatives from universities, mining companies, research institutes and equipment manufacturers engaged in the research and application of paste backfill attended the meeting. The theme of ISPBC 2015 was Paste Technology Innovation Drives Green Mining Development. 33 academic reports covered different topics such as paste thickening, mixing, transport, chemicals, case study and so on, of which more than 60% was given by practitioners. The Seminar, showing the latest research results on paste backfill from theory to practice, created more communication and co-operation opportunities for domestic and international mining industry communities.
